What happened to Beautee Queenz Unleashed?

All good things must come to an end. THANKFULLY, it has been upgraded, reimagined, and replaced with something even better - MAKEUP MENTED MENTORSHIP (M3)!!

How is the Makeup Mented Mentorship different from the Beautee Queenz Unleashed Subscription Group?

Makeup Mented is a mentorship program intended to increase your makeup acumen over time. It is structured for all makeup levels and will include WEEKLY instruction, and components not offered in Beautee Queenz Unleashed, like - challenges with achievement awards, MONTHLY special guest appearances, breakout rooms based on skill level, and much more, to help you grow your individual skill set and take you as far as YOU want to go in the makeup industry. 

Why can't I find the M3 group on FB?

The Makeup Mented Mentorship is a private subscription-based Facebook Mentorship Group where you can "unleash the next level of beautee in YOU!"

Membership is limited to those who pay a monthly fee in exchange for exclusive content, including weekly live Members Only Makeup Classes, pre-recorded how-to videos, special guest appearances, discounts and sales, learn about new products FIRST, and discounts on Services and Slay Academy offerings!

How do I become a Mentee?

I've joined! How do I access the Group?

Once your Makeup Mented Mentorship Membership Activation Form is processed you will receive a link to the Private Facebook Group. You'll need to submit a request to join the group. Your Facebook name must match the information provided on the Membership Activation Form.

If you did not complete the Membership Activation Form please do so or you will not be able to access the group. A link to the form was emailed to you when you registered. It is also available via your order confirmation page.

My debit card expired. How do I update the card that my subscription drafts from each month?

Simply log into your Makeup Mented Account, click on Subscriptions, and update the billing information in your Makeup Mented Mentorship Subscription.

How do I cancel my membership?

Log into your Makeup Mented Account, click on Subscriptions, and edit your Makeup Mented Mentorship Subscription. 

Please note: Subscriptions must be maintained for one full billing cycle prior to cancellation.

Once your paid month ends you'll automatically be removed from the Beautee Queenz Unleashed group and from Members Only content and dis ounts on our Website.

If you change your mind feel free to reactivate your subscription via your account.

I was already in the Makeup Mented Mentorship Facebook group, but now I can't access it.

If you were already in the group and your subscription was not successfully billed then your subscription has been suspended. You will need to reactivate your subscription by logging into your Beautee Shoppe Account, clicking on Subscriptions, and updating the billing information for your Makeup Mented Mentorship Subscription.

Class Access

I purchased access to a live virtual class. How do I access it?

Our Live virtual classes are provided on Facebook, Instagram, or Zoom. Please refer to the class digital download for access instructions. You can access the digital download on your order status page or from the email we sent you immediately after purchase titled "Your Makeup Mented Slay Academy Download".

I purchased access to a self-paced on-line class. How do I access it?

All self-paced virtual classes are hosted here on our website. They are accessible to customers who have purchased access when they are logged into the Makeup Mented account associated with the email address that they used to purchase access.

To access courses for which you have purchased access, log in to your account HERE, select SLAY ACADEMY from the page header, select My Classes, and you will see your current active courses listed there.

I purchased access to a self-paced on-line class and its not listed under My Classes. Why?

You must be logged in to the account associated with the email address that you used to purchase access.

The course may not have been released yet. The release date is listed in the product description, in the order confirmation email that we sent you immediately after purchase, and on your order status page.

Your access may have expired. Your access begins at the time of purchase or the class release date, whichever is later. (See the question below for more details.)

If I purchase access to a self-paced on-line course when does my access start?

Your access begins at the time of purchase for courses that are ALREADY available. For example:
A 30-day course is released on the 1st. You purchase access on the 10th. Your 30-day access begins immediately at the time of purchase on the 10th.

If you purchase access to a course in advance of it's release, your access will begin once the course is released. For example:

Registration is open for a 30-day course two months in advance. You purchase access one month before the course is available. Your 30-day access will begin when you are notified by email that the course is released and available for your access.

I cannot open the digital download on my phone. What do I do?

The digital download email provides instructions for downloading the file to both iPhone and android devices. If after following these instructions step by step you are unable to access the download, we suggest that you attempt to access the file using the following methods in the order listed:

  • Log into your Makeup Mented account using the email address that you used to purchase access to the course. Go to your Order History and select the order associated with the purchase. Click on the download button under the course. If this does not work, proceed to the next option.
  • If the course is a self-paced virtual course, log in to your Makeup Mented account using the email address that you used to purchase access. Select SLAY ACADEMY from the page header, select My Classes from the drop-down list, and select the relevant course. On the course homepage find the sentence that says: "To access the product suggestion list click here". This is the same digital download. If this does not work, proceed to the next option.
  • Contact by replying to your order confirmation email. Notify us that you are unable to download the file and we will email you a PDF of the file. If the issue is your device or user error this may not be a solution.

My Order

How do I change my order?

All orders are final, so changes cannot be made. 

I forgot to enter my discount code! What do I do?

If the code will expire soon, and it is NOT an exclusive, recipient only code, share it with a friend. 

If the code never expires, save it and use it towards a future order. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please inspect your products upon receipt.  We only accept returns when an item is received with a manufacturer defect or was sent in error.  If any item is defective or damaged and/or if you receive an incorrect item, send a photo of the items received, along with the packing slip or receipt within 48 hours of shipment delivery to Once the email is reviewed and a defect or error is detected, we will require that the item be returned.  We reserve the right to substitute Beautee Bucks for the ordered item if the  item is no longer available.

How do I view, edit, or cancel my auto-ship subscription or membership?

You can view, edit or cancel your auto-ship subscription by logging into your account . Please note, you must complete one auto-ship prior to editing the frequency of or cancelling your subscription.

I've checked the tracking for my package and it isn't moving! Help!

U.S. Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail packages may require more time to be delivered due to USPS staffing limitations resulting from impacts of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).

Do you ship internationally? If so, how much will it cost me?

Yes we do! Our website will automatically calculate what it will cost us to ship your package via USPS. You will be responsible for any additional Customs, Duties, and Taxes associated with receiving your package once it reaches the destination country. I tracked my package, the status says "the shipping label has been created", when will I receive it?

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery, which includes 2 - 3 days for order processing for all orders regardless of shipping method selected.

If you chose standard shipping and provided a valid address*, you should expect to receive your order within 10 days. Typically we ship all orders received the following business day. On rare occasions, shipping supply delays occur, but delivery never exceeds this window. Please also note that USPS delivery times are being impacted by COVID-19.

If you paid for expedited shipping, USPS guarantees delivery of Priority Mail within 3 days and Express Mail within 1 day of receipt excluding Sunday. You should expect to receive your Express Mail order within 4 days, and your Priority mail order within 6 days including Sunday. Please also note that USPS delivery times are being impacted by COVID-19, thus they've added two days to Priority mail guarantees and one day to Express.

*If the address provided is listed as unavailable by USPS, we will contact you via email to obtain the correct address. Delays on your part to respond will delay shipment and delivery of your package.

I provided the wrong shipping address on my order. What can I do?

If you haven't received shipment confirmation, immediately email us at providing the order number and the correct shipping address.

If you've already received shipment confirmation and you have mail forwarding in place with USPS, no worries. They'll forward it to your new address.

If you've already received shipment confirmation and you do not have mail forwarding in place, cross your fingers and pray that it's returned to sender. We'll let you know if it is returned and how much you can pay to reship it to the correct address.

Please note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

I tracked my package, the status says "delivered", but I never received it.

Once your package enters the USPS system we are no longer responsible for it. Only USPS can locate your package. If your package notes that it was delivered, only USPS can locate your package. You will need to request a Missing Mail Search.

If you paid an additional fee for Priority shipping, and USPS is unable to locate your package after the Missing Mail Search is complete, notify us by email at, so that we can assist you with filing an insurance claim with USPS. This process may take up to one month to complete.
