Beautee Extravaganza Terms and Conditions

Registrant Cancellation, Changes, and Substitution

No refunds will be granted.  All cancellation, change, and substitution requests must be made in writing and submitted on/before April 17, 2023*.  Registrants may request a credit for canceled registrations for use towards future events, training, and products only. Please submit your request in writing. All registration changes (virtual to in-person, in-person to virtual, substitutions, etc.) are subject to a $25 change fee. Send requests via email to csr@makeupmented.org. Credits will be processed within 15 business days after the conference. Virtual attendees may log in from one device at a time and are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with any other individual.  Anyone sharing their access information or login credentials in connection with any component of the extravaganza will be restricted from accessing the event, and that person's registration will be canceled.

Disclaimer of Liability

Makeup Mented, LLC and its CEO, staff, vendors, and sponsors accept no liability for the acts of any suppliers to this extravaganza. Makeup Mented, LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule this event without liability. Makeup Mented, LLC reserves the right to admit and the right to exclude any person from the extravaganza or refuse service to any attendee, at the sole discretion of Makeup Mented, LLC. Furthermore, Makeup Mented, LLC is under no obligation to explain its actions but may do so at its discretion.

Release for Use of Photographs and Recordings

By registering as an attendee of the 2024 Makeup Mented Beautee Extravaganza, you hereby grant Makeup Mented, LLC the right and permission to use, publish and republish photographs, video or audio of you or images in which you may be included, in whole, part or composite, in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose; and to use your name in conjunction if Makeup Mented, LLC so chooses. By registering for the extravaganza you discharge Makeup Mented, LLC from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, images, or limited identifying information.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Modification

Makeup Mented, LLC reserves the right to cancel, alter, or reschedule the extravaganza for any reason, including because Makeup Mented, LLC determines in its sole discretion that the extravaganza cannot be held as planned. Makeup Mented, LLC also reserves the right to close registration when tickets are sold out. Makeup Mented, LLC reserves the right to substitute instructors, speakers, venues, or excursions. For these reasons, registrants are advised against making non-refundable travel arrangements. Should you purchase non-refundable airline tickets or make non-refundable hotel reservations, you do so at your own risk. Should Makeup Mented, LLC cancel, alter, or reschedule some or all of the in-person portion of the extravaganza for any reason, your registration fees will not be refunded. As part of registration, all paid attendees are automatically registered for and will be provided with access to the virtual environment, which may include access to the keynote speaker, education session, access to vendor information, the relaunch, and digital networking opportunities. In some cases, a portion of your registration fees may be converted to a credit. If applicable, this credit may be applied to any future Makeup Mented, LLC event, training, or products.  

*REGISTRATION EXCEPTION FOR CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION, AND CONFERENCE CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICIES: IF AN INDIVIDUAL APPLIES A CREDIT TOWARDS 2024 REGISTRATION, SUCH REGISTRATION IS NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NOT SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICIES SET FORTH HEREIN.

Installment Plan

Installment Plans are only available by invitation and require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit at registration. Registration must be paid in two equal payments. Plan will be cancelled if final payment is not received by 11:59 pm on February 1st unless prior arrangements have been made to reschedule the payment via email at csr@makeupmented.org. To sign up for an Installment Plan, review and sign the Installment Agreement HERE.
